Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products)

When it comes to transporting your products, we take great care. However, to ensure a smooth and simple process, please allow 1-3 working days for your purchase to be sent. Please bear with us if there is a long processing time or delivery delays during busy times, such as the holidays. Deliveries to rural household addresses may take one or more days longer.

Tracking:

You will receive an email containing your parcel’s details after it has been dispatched. Please email us if you have any questions. The order cannot be cancelled if we receive a cancellation e-mail after the order has already been “processed” by us. BB Garden has complete discretion over whether or not to cancel an order. In addition, the customer agrees not to contest The BB Garden’s decision and to accept the cancellation decision. 

Issues with Packaging:

We make every effort at The BB Garden to ensure that all of your orders arrive in perfect shape, however because we deal in fragile items, there is a chance that some packing may be damaged. If your package is damaged in transit, The BB Garden will send you a replacement at no cost to you. Any damage to the package should be reported to The BB Garden as soon as possible after receiving it. The BB Garden exclusively sells products that are brand new and from the most recent batch, so please be certain of the product’s quality.

Product Return Policy:

Once your order has been delivered, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at thebbgardenofficial@gmail.com with specifics of the product and the defect. If you are eligible for a replacement or refund, we will replace the goods or refund the purchase amount using the original method of payment after we receive the information.
